Shipping & Returns Policy


710KUSH ships worldwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx; and arranged common carrier for some wholesale or special orders. Please note legal domestic and international restrictions on some products which may include prohibitions on international shipping for some items. 710KUSH can advise about particular possible shipping restriction issues at time of ordering.

For online orders over $50.00 shipping is free to the US excluding Alaska and Hawaii. There may be possible exclusions for some hazardous products.


All requests for returns are subject to the terms and conditions herein.

710KUSH will refund or exchange:

  • Unused, un-discounted item in its original intact packaging
  • Defective item
  • Delivered item that doesn’t match original invoice
  • Item damaged during shipping. Photos of damaged item and damaged shipping box are required. All items, including glass, are on a per
  • piece basis. Entire cases cannot be returned or exchanged for damage to only some items in the case.

Items not acceptable for return or exchange:

  • Used or incomplete item, including with non-intact packaging
  • Special promotional and/or clearance item indicated as final sales
  • Item sold at quantity or bulk discount
  • Customized item

Before returning items a completed Return Authorization Form (RAF) must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the item. Items to be returned must be shipped to 710KUSH within 30 days of receipt of item by customer. 710KUSH is happy to assist.

Returned items must be in their original intact packaging and shipping box. 710KUSH bears no responsibility in the event a returned item is lost, stolen, or not delivered to 710KUSH, nor any damage or monetary liability in the event a returned item is denied an exchange or refund per terms and conditions herein and the item is then returned back to the customer.

All returned items are subject to review/inspection by 710KUSH who has sole discretion in determining the item’s compliance with 710KUSH’s return policy for exchange or refund.

In any event 710KUSH determines a return does not qualify for an exchange or refund, 710KUSH will provide the customer its decision and reason(s) for denial of exchange or refund. 710KUSH will either, per the customer’s decision, dispose of the returned item or return it to the customer at the customer’s expense for shipping.

All accepted returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% that will be deducted from any calculated refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and applied per the manner in which the original payment was made. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from receipt by 710KUSH of the returned item for your account to be credited and 1 full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
